Previous Experience: Derek has over 15 years’ experience in manufacturing, including manufacturing weldments for CAT, John Deere, Ingersoll Rand, Kubota, JCB, Terex and Lee Boy.  Previously, he was a Welding Supervisor for Olympic Steel in Siler City, NC.

Hobbies: Spending time with family;  Vacationing at the beach;  Concerts.  Last week, Derek traveled to Disney World in Florida with his wife, son and daughter – they try to visit every year!
