Beginning with order entry, Accu-Fab utilizes Visual Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to manage our business throughout the procurement and manufacturing process; tracking all elements of the project cycle through shipment of product complete to our customer.  Bar code data collection processes exists in conjunction with detailed cost/production accounting procedures to ensure effective management of cost and tracking data accuracy.  Accu-Fab’s systems give our program managers instantaneous access to your project’s status by providing real-time information as to the location and status of parts from over 50 terminals throughout the plant. 

Specializing in advanced, rapid product design and introduction - Accu-Fab’s Design and Manufacturing Engineering functions are supported by the latest version of Pro-Engineering software, as well as, a myriad of other programs including Master Cam, In-Cell, Amada, and Demis.

Once released to manufacturing - the latest manufacturing technologies continued to be employed. Mechanical prototypes and production first piece samples are inspected via CMM and Laser inspection equipment which enables us to electronically link and compare physical parts back to the original electronic design files.
