Multi-component fabricated assemblies are constructed using a variety of processes. Automatic feed riveting machines, as well as MIG, TIG, and Resistance Welding techniques join simple bracketry or construct complex chasis, racks, and frames. Heat sinks, jigs, and fixtures are designed to aid in assembly, ensuring adherence to tolerance requirements.
Specialized clinch fasteners and hardware are installed in components using pneumatic insertion machines. TRW Nelson welding equipment is on hand for special weld stud and pin applications. A wide variety of press-in and weld hardware stock is maintained in-house. |
