Ken Bigley Quality Assurance Manager
Ken joined our quality team in January 2009. He brings 20 years of OEM and contract manufacturing experience in the feilds of quality, preformance improvement, and software systems engineering. Ken is a certified project management proffesional and is a volunteer mentor for students attending graduate level business classes at North Carolina State University. Living in Raleigh, he is married with children who are both attending East Carolina University. Ken's hobbies include fishing, and photography.
Charles has been involved in metalworking and contract manufacturing for over 17 years. He has been on the Accu-Fab Quality team for 8 years. Initially working on the plant floor, Charles was quickly promoted as a first piece inspector performing and writing first article inspections and SPC process verification. Charles is married and lives in Knightdale, NC. He has 3 children, and a granddaughter. Charles enjoys playing the guitar at his church.
Roosevelt Mitchell, started working at Accu-Fab in 1988 and has been with the company for over 21 years. He has held many positions during his tenure at Accu-Fab and has worked in almost every department in the plant. Roosevelt is an accomplished fabrication tradesman with experience and accomplished manufacturing capabilities in practically all processes. Serving as the Second Shift Manufacturing Manager for many years, he has recently moved to the day shift operations in our Quality Department. In his spare time, Roosevelt enjoys motorcycles, jet skiing and his hobby of flying Radio Control Helicopters
