Norm joined our quality team in September 2006. He brings over 25 years experience in the quality assurance field. He has previously taught courses for Wake Community College, including blueprint reading, and math. Norm has also served as Chairman of the Raleigh Section of the American Society for Quality. Living in Raleigh, he is currently married with 4 children and 9 grandchildren. His hobbies include spending time with his grandchildren, camping and traveling.

Charles has been involved in metalworking and contract manufacturing for over 17 years. He has been on the Accu-Fab Quality team for 8 years. Initially working on the plant floor, Charles was quickly promoted as a first piece inspector performing and writing first article inspections and SPC process verification. Charles is married and lives in Knightdale, NC. He has 3 children, and a granddaughter. Charles enjoys playing the guitar at his church.
