To accommodate increasing market demands for large welded assemblies, Accu-Fab has invested in Amada’s New EMK M2 Series Turret Punch Press. This new addition to our facilities can process 10’x5′ sheets without repositioning. Standard features include a power vacuum system to minimize slug pulling, punch break detection, and air blow oil mist tooling designed to reduce tool maintenance & extends the life of Accu-Fab’s CNC tooling. Sheet jam protection and a large brush table enables processing of 0.187″ thick materials with +/- 0.004″ accuracy.
