Accu-Fab has great expertise in the production of AWS-Certified welded assemblies. Both manual and robotic welding processes are used to produce exceptional quality in racks, frames, enclosures, and multi-component assemblies. Our manual MIG and TIG capabilities are ideal for short run production, larger work envelope sizes, or parts requiring complex tooling.
Robotic Welding Capabilities
Accu-Fab has extensive capabilities with robotic welding. Our robotic manufacturing cell is equipped with Lincoln Robotic welding systems. This equipment enhances production by improving weld productivity, quality, and safety.
The Lincoln System 55 six-axis electric servo-driven robots have two headstock workstations and are designed for precise, high-speed welding. These robotic cells can handle frame assemblies up to 9’L x 5’W x 4’D. Automating the weld process, combined with the flexibility of tooling produced in house, allows us to provide exceptional production efficiency.
