2022 has been a phenomenal year for growth here at Accu-Fab and we have made significant investment in machinery and technology to handle all the challenges that have come our way. 
 
NOW Up and running in our forming department are 2 new Amada HRB 8025 press brakes!
 
It used to be that higher fabrication capacity meant you needed to have a large number of press brakes. However, by acquiring the latest technology we have discovered that “Newer is Better” when it comes to maximizing throughput in our form department.
 
With a total of 6 new Press Brakes in-house, we have maximized efficiency by investing in the latest programming and forming technology! Previously, complex part designs requiring multiple set-ups hindered productivity by requiring several machines to finish a part.  With forming capability up to 247 tons and a bend range up to 14’ liner feet, complete part set-ups are now routinely accomplished using one machine!   Additionally, by utilizing new off-line programming software, electronic form programs are prepared and downloaded from the engineering department ahead of production to facilitate quick and efficient turnover from job to job on the manufacturing floor.
 
All of the machinery and technology additions have allowed us to knock out backlogs and cruise through our last quarter seamlessly  – setting a 50+ year production output record!
