Accu-Fab has done it again! We’ve revolutionized our aluminum extrusion processing capabilities by adding a new Elumatec SBZ 122, the latest in automated extrusion machining centers. The Elumatec extrusion machining capabilities include:

• Profile machining on 5 axis or extrusion planes with on setup (i.e. top, both ends, and sides)
• Automated clamping and clamp re-positioning.

The addition of this machine vastly expands our aluminum extrusion machining and processing capabilities. New programming software has enhanced our ability to quickly convert customers’ 3D model files to machine programs and then process parts on the manufacturing floor—in some cases with little or no personal engineering interface.
