In January, with the delivery of two new Timesaver metal finishing and deburring machines,  our Lean Implementation team got busy upgrading our deburring processes and department layout. Evaluating the existing department, our team improved operational performance by relocating the department and implementing a totally redesigned workspace for improved product flow. 

The Timesaver 37MWT-D-60 uses water-based coolant with 6” diameter brushes to provide your parts with the perfect grained finish. Offering increased feed speed, these two machines have substantially increased throughput. The purchase of dual machines also allows us to allocate one machine specifically to aluminum parts and the other to all other steel products facilitating greater efficiency, safety and the best finishing results! Conditioned for safe handling, say goodbye to those nasty burrs and sharp edges!
