This leader is always looking for ways to improve our cost and productivity. Whether on an individual part, in the department, or company overall he is always on the lookout for savings!

Shifting through Work Orders, he is looking at the yield, material utilization, blank size – always in an effort to optimize and reduce costs. Moving through the plant at the speed of light, he always on an urgent mission with no time to waste!

His great attitude and enthusiasm always shine through whatever challenges a new morning may bring. His leadership is exemplary and we are very fortunate to have him on our team.
